Abstract

V diplomskem projektu smo opisali poslovno komuniciranje, poslovni bonton ter komuniciranje s tujimi poslovnimi partnerji. Zelo pomembno pri poslovanju s tujimi partnerji je, da se vsak posameznik pred odhodom v tujino pozanima o kulturi države. To zelo vpliva na uspešnost posla. Osredotočili smo se na poslovni bonton brazilske, francoske in argentinske kulture. Skozi diplomski projekt smo ugotovili, da so si države po kulturi in navadah med seboj različne. Poleg tega sta Argentina in Brazilija sosednji državi, vendar imata različen poslovni bonton, navade in pristop do poslovnih partnerjev. Za vsako kulturo smo s pomočjo literature napisali, kakšne navade rokovanja, pozdravljanja, poslovnega obeda, poslovnega komuniciranja, poslovnih oblek in poslovnih daril imajo. Ob koncu smo dodali nekaj uporabnih nasvetov za poslovanje z določeno državo, v našem primeru za Brazilijo, Francijo in Argentino.

Secondary title: Business etiquette in Brazilian, French and Argentine culture
Secondary abstract: In this diploma project, we described business communication, business etiquette and communication with foreign business partners. Before traveling abroad, it is important to inquire information about the culture of the country. This significantly influences the business success. We focused on business etiquette in Brazilian, French and Argentine culture. We discovered that countries are different from one another according to culture and traditions. Moreover, Argentina and Brazil are neighbouring countries and they have differences in business etiquette, behaviour and in approaches to business partners. Using the sources, we discovered which habits each culture has in relation to the handling, celebrating, eating, business communications, business suits and business gifts. Finally, we added some useful tips for doing business with each country, in our case Brazil, France and Argentina.
