Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Motivacija pri likovnih dejavnostih v vrtcu v teoretičnem delu predstavlja vlogo in pomen likovnega izražanja, motivacijo in njen pomen pri predšolskih otrocih, motiviranje predšolskih otrok pri likovno-vzgojnem delu, naloge vzgojitelja pri likovno-vzgojnem delu v vrtcu ter Kurikulu za vrtce. Empirični del zajema raziskavo, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti, kako poteka motivacija pri likovnih dejavnostih v vrtcu. Zanimalo nas je, koliko časa namenijo vzgojiteljice motivaciji pri likovni aktivnosti, katera so najpogostejša motivacijska sredstva pri likovni aktivnosti, katere metode uporabljajo vzgojiteljice za dviganje motivacije, kateri so najpogostejši likovni motivi ter kako lahko sprememba okolja vpliva na izvajanje likovne dejavnosti. S pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika za vzgojitelje je bila v vrtcu Jadvige Golež Maribor in v vrtcu Jožice Flander Maribor izvedena raziskava. Ugotovili smo, da vzgojiteljice motivaciji pri likovni dejavnosti povprečno namenijo pet do deset minut, da je najpogostejše sredstvo za motiviranje lutka, da so otrokom najbolj blizu živalski motivi, kakor tudi da sprememba okolja motivacijsko vpliva na otroka. Rezultati raziskave so tabelarično, grafično in interpretacijsko predstavljeni v empiričnem delu diplomskega dela.

Secondary abstract: The present diploma paper Motivation in Fine Arts Activities in Kindergarten introduces in its theoretical part the role and importance of fine arts expression, motivation and its significance for preschool children, motivating preschool children in fine arts educational work, preschool teacherʼs tasks at fine arts educational work in kindergarten and the kindergarten curriculum. The empirical part contains a research about motivation in fine arts activities in kindergarten. We were particularly interested in time that is spent by preschool teachers on motivation in fine arts activities, in most frequent motivational media in fine arts activities, in methods used by preschool teachers in order to achieve the rise of motivation, in most frequent fine arts themes and how does everyday environmental change affect the implementation of fine arts activities. This research was carried through with the help of a questionnaire for preschool teachers in Kindergarten Jadvige Golež Maribor and Kindergarten Jožice Flander Maribor. We established that preschool teachers devote to motivation in fine arts activities on average five to ten minutes, the most frequent motivation medium is a puppet, children like animals themes and that environmental change affects motivation of children. Research results are presented tabular, graphical and interpretative in the empirical part of the diploma paper.
