diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V današnjem času se vedno več inženirjev srečuje s programskim okoljem LabVIEW. Z uporabo tega programskega okolja znajo uporabniki običajno rešiti enostavne probleme s področja zajemanja podatkov, pri nadzoru in vodenju sistemov pa se stvari kaj hitro zapletejo.
V diplomi so opisani osnovni pojmi odprto- in zaprtozančnega vodenja, ki so osnova za izdelavo programov za vodenje in nadzor sistemov. V nadaljevanju je podrobno opisan proces izdelave programa za meritev stopničnega odziva RLC člena z uporabo učila NI ELVIS II, ki temelji na sinhronizaciji zajemanja in generiranja signalov. Progra,m temelječ na isti osnovi, preizkusimo na preizkuševališču gonil in za krmiljenje pretoka konstantne hidravlične črpalke. V nadaljevanju je bil izdelan še program za zaprtozančno vodenje enosmernega motorja Quanser, ki je reguliran s pomočjo NI ELVIS II. Na koncu se posvetimo še kompleksnemu sistemu nadzora stanja, ki prav tako temelji na programskem okolju LabVIEW.

Nowadays, more and more engineers use LabVIEW. Usually they know how to solve simple problems regarding data acquisition using this software, but when it comes to control and monitoring systems, things soon get complicated.
This diploma describes basic concepts of open- and closed-loop control, which are the foundation for creating programs for control and monitoring. Following by a detailed procedure of creating a program for measuring step response of a RLC circuit using NI ELVIS II trainer. The program is based on simultaneous signal input and output and is later reworked for controlling gear test stand and flow of constant hydraulic pump. Furthermore, a program for controlling Quanser DC motor using NI ELVIS II is created. At the end we focus on a complex condition monitoring system, which is also based on LabVIEW. |
