Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo proučiti področje premagovanja stresa na ravni organizacije. Osredotočili smo se na vrednotenje stresa v slovenskem podjetju A in posledično izvedli primerjalno analizo modela vrednotenja stresa v zvezi z delom s konkurenčnim podjetjem v Italiji.
Sprva smo predstavili problematiko stresa, vrste stresa vplive stresa, vzroke stresa, posledice stresa, načine za njegovo obvladovanje in računovodske informacije v zvezi z delom ter stresom. Poglobili smo se v zakonodajo, predpise, poslovno prakso stresa na delovnem mestu za Slovenijo in Italijo. Osredotočili smo se na model vrednotenja delovnega stresa, ki je rezultat Višjega inštituta za zaščito in varnost pri delu (ISPESL) iz leta 2010. Izdelava analize stresa v organizacijah in sestava dokumenta o oceni tveganja stresa na delu je zavedena v italijanskem zakonu 81/2008.
Po že dodobra predstavljenemu teoretičnemu delu diplome smo se lotili našega raziskovalnega dela. Za raziskovalno delo smo izbrali slovensko podjetje A, ki se ukvarja z oblikovanjem in proizvodnjo kovinske galanterije in italijansko podjetje B, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo železa v kombinaciji drugim kakovostnim materialom. Podjetji sta konkurenčni organizaciji in imata zajeten tržni delež.
Italijanski model vrednotenja stresa na delu smo umestili v slovensko podjetje A. Izračunali smo organizacijske kazalnike stresa, ocenili kazalnike stresa na področju delovnega konteksta in na področju vsebine dela. Posvetili smo se tudi kazalnikom stresa pri dojemanju stresa zaposlenih. Izpeljali smo anketo med zaposlenimi. Kazalnike smo obravnavali analitično in sintetično. Sledila je primerjalna analiza s konkurenčnim italijanskim podjetjem B.
Izsledke našega raziskovalnega dela diplome smo vključili v predloge informacij za podporo obvladovanja tveganj stresa v obeh podjetjih. Vodstvu obeh podjetjih smo ponudili konkretne strategije in programe za zmanjševanje tveganj ocenjenega delovnega stresa ter informacije za zmanjševanje stroškov v zvezi z delom.

In this thesis we examined the scope for coping with stress levels of the organization. We focused on the evaluation of stress in the Slovenian company A and consequently carried out a comparative analysis to model stress in relation to work with competing company in Italy.
Initially, we presented the problem of stress, types of stress effects of stress, stres causes, consequences of stress, ways of management and accounting information relating to the work and stress. We have deepened the laws, regulations, business practices in the workplace stress for Slovenia and Italy. We focused on the valuation model of work stress as a result of the Higher Institute for Protection and Safety at Work (ISPESL) in 2010. Analysis of stress in organizations and draft documents on risk assessment of stress at work have been registered in the Italian law 81/2008.
Following already well presented diplomas teoretical work we have embarked on our research work. For the research we have chosen A Slovenian company that deals with designing and manufacturing metal products and an Italian company B, which deals with the production of iron, combined another quality material. The two companies have a competitive organization and bulky market share.
The Italian model of evaluation of stress at work were placed in the Slovenian company A. We calculated the organizational indicators of stress, stress indicators evaluated in the working context andcontent of work. We also dedicate indicator of stress in the perception of stress for employees. We carried out a survery among employees. Indicators are discussed analytically and synthetically. This was followed by a comparative analysis of the competitive Italian company B.
The findings of our research degrees were included in the template information to support risk management in both companies stress. Management of both companies, we offer specific strategies and programs to reduce the risks of work stress and the estimated financial information to reduce costs in relation to work. |
