Povzetek
Raziskava je pokazala, da so veščine dobre komunikacije in ustrezno znanje o obvladovanju konfliktov zelo pomembna lastnost managerja. Ugotovili smo, da organizacije, ki imajo managerje z dobro razvitimi omenjenimi lastnostmi, premorejo bolj zadovoljne zaposlene in boljšo delovno klimo kakor tiste, ki nimajo managerjev s temi lastnostmi. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je kljub mnogim raziskavam s področja obvladovanja konfliktov, teorijo v praksi zelo težko udejanjiti. Vendar je skrb za urejanje tega področja zelo pomembna za rast in obstoj organizacije.
Analiza anketnih vprašalnikov je pokazala, da so zaposleni v povprečju nezadovoljni s komunikacijo na delovnem mestu in hkrati tudi z odnosom vodje do obvladovanja konfliktov. Najpomembnejša ugotovitev je nedvomno ta, da je dobra komunikacija temelj za učinkovito reševanje konfliktnih situacij, pozitivna posledica obojega pa je dobra delovna klima in uspešnejše delovanje organizacije. Podali smo tudi predloge za vse štiri organizacije, ki izhajajo iz ugotovitev raziskave. Menimo, da smo z opravljeno raziskavo prišli do uporabnih ugotovitev.

Research has shown that good communication skills and adequate knowledge of conflict management is an important characteristic of a manager. We found that organizations, that have managers with well developed above mentioned characteristics, have more satisfied employees and better working climate than those, who do not have managers with these characteristics. We have also found that despite many research in the field of conflict management, the theory is very difficult to take effect in practice. However, the concern for regulating this area is very important for the growth and existence of the organization.
Analysis of survey questionnaires showed that on average the employees are dissatisfied with communication at the workplace and also with managers' attitude towards the management of conflicts. The main finding is, without doubt, that good communication is the foundation for effective solution of conflict situations, both resulting in positive effects of good working climate and a more efficient operation of the organization. We have also made proposals for all four organizations, arising from the findings of the survey. We believe that the survey has resulted in useful conclusions.
