Abstract

Podjetje Henkel Slovenija d.o.o. uspešno posluje že vrsto let. K vedno večji učinkovitosti prispeva krepitev blagovnih znamk in močnejši položaj na rastočih trgih, eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov, ki vpliva na učinkovitost, pa je tudi zmanjševanje stroškov proizvodnje. V okviru diplomskega dela smo izdelali matematični model, katerega cilj je bil z računalniškim programom GAMS opraviti optimizacijo dodeljevanja produktov za reaktorje v kozmetični industriji glede na stroške proizvodnje. Pod drobnogled smo vzeli delo treh mešalnikov oz. reaktorjev, v katerih izdelujemo šampone, peneče kopeli, gele za prhanje in tekoča mila, upoštevali smo povpraševanje (oz. količino proizvodnje) in stroške proizvodnje. Prav tako smo upoštevali reaktorje različnih velikosti (5 t in 10 t), proizvodnjo izdelkov v različnih izmenah (dopoldan, popoldan, ponoči), kapaciteto reaktorjev v štirih urah in dnevno kapaciteto produktov. S podrobno analizo vseh zbranih podatkov smo preučili in ugotovili, da z ustrezno izbiro reaktorja, glede na razporeditev proizvodnje, lahko zmanjšamo stroške proizvodnje.

Secondary title: Assigment of products into reactors for cosmetic industry
Secondary abstract: Henkel Slovenia has been a successful company for many years. Its efficacy is a result of leading brands and a strong market position. One of the key economic factors, which have an impact on effectiveness, is the cost of production. In this diploma paper a mathematical model of the assignment in cosmetic industry is presented. We made an optimisation of a production plan, depending on the costs of production. The research study was conducted with computer program GAMS. We focused on the three stirrers, in which shampoos, cream baths, shower creams and liquid soaps are made. We were interested in demand of before mentioned cosmetic products in the market (amount of production) and their production costs. The production of the products showed in the thesis was based on calculations in the stirrers of different sizes (5 t and 10 t), work periods (in the morning, afternoon and evening) and the capacity of the stirrers in four hours as well as the capacity of products made in one day. With thorough analysis of all collected data, we have examined and found, that the selection of the stirrer and the production timetable have a strong influence on the costs of production and their reduction.
