Abstract

Unior d.d. je kovinsko predelovalno podjetje, ki se danes ukvarja z izdelavo kovanih in sintranih izdelkov za avtomobilsko industrijo, izdelavo ročnega orodja, strojegradnjo in turizmom. V tej diplomski nalogi, smo za podjetje Unior d.d., za obrat Obdelovalnica na novo izračunali pretoke in iztočne temperature grelne vode ob zamenjavi obstoječega toplotnega prenosnika na proizvodni liniji za mangan-fosfatiranje. S programom Aspen Plus smo izračunali obratovalne parametre za različne možne postavitve, pri različnih vtočnih temperaturah grelne vode in pri različnih temperaturah delovne raztopine. Na osnovi simulacij predlaganih postavitev smo izbrali najboljšo možno, ki ne bo motila delovne operacije pri čiščenju toplotnih prenosnikov, prav tako pa ne bo imela vpliva na ostale delovne procese omenjene proizvodne linije.

Secondary abstract: Unior d.d. is the metal-processing company, today engaged in the manufacture of forged and sintered products for automotive, hand tool, engineering and tourism. In this diploma thesis, we calculated flow rates and outlet temperatures of the heating water when replacing an existing heat exchanger on the production line for manganese- phosphathing, for Unior d.d. company. With the program Aspen Plus, we simulated the operating parameters for the various possible layouts at different inlet temperatures of the heating water and at different temperatures of the working solution. Based on simulation results for different alternatives, the best possible one has been choosen. The proposed layout will not interfere with working operations during the cleaning of heat exchangers, and also it will not influence any other working process on that production line.
