Uvajanje CNC tehnologije za področje odrezavanja v podjetju Farmtech

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno podjetje »Farmtech d.o.o.«, njihov proizvodni program in tehnologija, s katero podjetje razpolaga. Opisani so tehnološki postopki odrezavanja, ki se uporabljajo pri obdelavi izdelkov imenovanih aksialni navojni omejevalec (»Axialbolzen«), pokrov za pred napetje (»Vorspanndeckel«) in vmesna prirobnica (»Zwicshenflansch«). Glede na izdelavo teh treh obdelovancev smo analizirali njihove čase izdelave, stroške izdelave orodja ter delovna mesta in jih primerjali z alternativno in aktivno tehnologijo. V podjetju aktivna tehnologija velja za novejši tip tehnologije, katera je trenutno v uporabi. Alternativna tehnologija pa se je uporabljala nekoč pred aktivno in velja za starejši tip tehnologije. Z analizo smo prišli do ugotovitev, da se investicija v nabavo nove tehnologije slej ko prej povrne, saj je ta hitrejša, bolj kakovostna in posledično vsekakor dobičkonosna.

Secondary abstract:	The company Farmtech, their production programme and technology available in the company is presented in the thesis. The technological procedures of cutting which are used in shaping the products named axial threaded restrictor (»Axialbolzen«), biasing covers (»Vorspanndeckel«) and intermediate flange (»Zwicshenflansch«) are described. According to the production of these three work pieces we analysed the production time, the production costs of tools and work places and compared them with the alternative and active technology. At the moment the active technology in the company is the term used for the newest type of technology being used at the moment. Alternative technology is the term being used for the technology that was used before the active type has been introduced and is considered to be the older type of technology. Analysis showed that sooner or later the investment in the new technology is repaid since it is quicker, more qualitative and as such profitable.
