Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena renesančna palača Longo, ki se nahaja v mestnem jedru Kopra ter opisano njeno obstoječe stanje. Navedene so različne metode in pristopi s katerimi lahko utrdimo konstrukcijo. Predstavljena je tudi problematika prisotnosti vlage v objektih. Navedeni so predlagani ukrepi za sanacijo in utrditev objekta ter načrti predlaganih rešitev. Za izvedbo ukrepov so ocenjeni okvirni stroški. V računskem delu diplomskega dela so podani izračuni za obstoječ strop, sovprežni strop iz lesa in betona, ki je predviden kot metoda za utrditev konstrukcije in aproksimativna ocena potresne odpornosti.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the Renaissance Longo palace, situated in the town centre of Koper, and provides the description of its current state. It mentions different methods and approaches which may be used to strengthen the construction. Moreover, it presents the issue of dampness in buildings. It proposes some measures for the rehabilitation and strengthening of the building as well as the plans for the proposed solutions. The indicative costs of carrying out the measures have been estimated. The computational part of the thesis includes the calculations for the existing ceiling, the timber-concrete composite structure intended as the method for strengthening the construction, and the approximate estimate of seismic resistance.
