Abstract

Stres postaja čedalje večja težava v svetu in je postal nezaželeni spremljevalec v življenju vsakega posameznika. Zdi se nam, da smo mu prepuščeni na milost in nemilost. S komerkoli se pogovarjamo, bo prav gotovo tema pogovora slej ko prej nanesla tudi na stres. Vpliva stresa vsekakor ne smemo jemati zlahka, sploh v današnjem svetu, ko je zaradi zahtevnega dela še toliko bolj intenziven. Na posameznika lahko vpliva tako, da se mu pojavijo številne bolezni, spremeni se njegovo vedenje, misli, čustva in psiha.

Secondary abstract: Stress is becoming an increasing problem in the world and has become the unwanted companion in the life of every individual. It seems to us, that we are left at the mercy of stress. In every topic of conversation, there will be sooner or later also topic about stress. The impact of stress should not be taken lightly, especially in today's world, when because of the demanding work the stress is even more intense. Individuals can have a lot of problems, because it affects them with a number of diseases, it changes their behavior, thoughts, emotions and psyche.
