Abstract

Cilj vsake organizacije je težnja po čim večji uspešnosti in učinkovitosti, kar je ob vedno ostrejši konkurenci tudi glavni pogoj za njen obstoj. Uspešnost podjetja je v veliki meri odvisno od njegovih zaposlenih, zato mora biti vlaganje v ljudi ena izmed glavnih prioritet vsakega podjetja. Ljudje bodo praviloma uspešnejši in učinkovitejši, če bodo prihajali na delo z veseljem, bili motivirani in se na delu tudi dobro počutili. Bolj kot so zaposleni zadovoljni, bolj so uspešni. Glavna naloga vodstva je torej vzpostavitev čim ugodnejše organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva pri delu. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz štirih delov, od katerih prva dva prikazujeta opredelitve organizacijske klime, opredelitve posameznih dimenzij le te in opredelitev zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu. Tretji del prikazuje rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli med zaposlenimi v proučevanem podjetju. V četrtem oz. zadnjem delu pa smo predstavili ugotovitve in priporočila oz. predloge za nadaljnje izboljšave organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The goal of every organization is the tendency to maximize performance and efficiency, which is with increased competition also the main condition for its existence. Company's success largely depends on its employees, therefore investing in people should be one of the main priorities of each company. People would normally be more efficient and effective if they would come to work with joy, if they would be motivated and if they would feel good at work. Success of employees is connected with their happiness level. The main task of management is therefore to establish the most favorable organizational climate and satisfaction at work.The goal of every organization is the tendency to maximize performance and efficiency, which is with increased competition also the main condition for its existence. Masters thesis consists of four parts. Part one and two contains definitions of organizational climate, definitions of every dimension in organizational climate and definition of employee satisfaction at work; third part contains survey results based on companies employees; and fourth part, where we have presented our findings, recommendations and suggestions for further improvements of organizational climate and employee satisfaction.
