Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo izdelavo nizkocenovnega samostojnega mobilnega robota, ki se je sposoben premikati po prostoru in se pri tem izogibati oviram na poti. Sestavili smo mobilnega robota, ki je krmiljen z mikrokrmilnikom arduino uno in uporablja en servomotor, dva koračna motorja, en ultrazvočni in dva infrardeče senzorja. Vse omenjene komponente so priključene na 9 V napajanje. Razvili smo tudi dva algoritma, ki robotu omogočata izogibanje oviram. Na koncu smo primerjali učinkovitost obeh razvitih algoritmov in analizirali njihove prednosti in slabosti v izbranih testnih primerih.

Secondary abstract: In our diploma work, we describe the making of a low cost, self-controlled mobile robot, which is capable of avoiding obstacles while it moves around. We built mobile robot which is controlled by arduino uno microcontroller and uses one servo motor, two electro motors, one ultrasonic and two infrared sensors. All of the components are powered by 9 V batteries. We also implemented two algorithms which provide the robot with capability to avoid obstacles. Finally, we compared their effectiveness and analysed their pros and cons in different test scenarios.
