diplomski projekt

Abstract

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂimpact of networking within a destination on success of a selected tourism farm
Secondary abstract: In the introduction, we discussed the role that destination management has in the operation of a tourism farm. We set goals with two basic arguments that we then tried to confirm or deny throughout this thesis. The theoretical port of this thesis refers to destination management, local and regional tourism organization work, and segmentation. Destination management includes planning, supply management, advertising, and representing the destionation interests. We determined the importance of segmentation and discovered that it can considerably improve the product and promoting quaility. In order to confirm or deny our arguments, we chose to benchmark between Slovenian and Austrian tourism farms. We conducted an interview with both holders of tourism supplementary activity on farms that were later analyzed in the third chapter. In the conclusion, we are presenting findings that were discovered throughout the writing of this thesis, and recommendations that we made for the chosen tourism farm in Slovenia.
