Abstract

V jedru diplomskega dela je posebej opisano delovanje posameznih delov naprave, prikazan je diagram poteka korakov in preračunane so potrebne moči motorjev.

Secondary title: Stacking system in the process of palletization
Secondary abstract: The following thesis introduces a palletising process, which was designed for the requirements of a cheese factory, that was our client. The main discussed problem is the transportation of the crates from the industrial wash to the final product. The product is a Euro-palett stacked with crates, that are suitable for storing or further use. The focus of the thesis is a proposed stacking and preparation system. It requires a machine, that distributes clean crates and stacks them into groups of eight. Prepared as such, they are easier for the robot to stack them quicker onto the Euro-pallet. Following a clients request , we constructed a device with efficiency of stacking 2500 crates per hour. In the main part of the thesis, the function of individual parts of the device is thoroughly explained. For better understanding a diagram of steps is presented and in conclusion a required engine power is calculated.
