Abstract

Umetnost prodaje se je v zadnjem desetletju drastično spremenila. Da bi uspeli v poslovnem svetu, potrebujemo veliko več kot le talent. Čas preprostih odnosov med kupci in prodajalci je že zdavnaj minil, saj živimo v času, ko si želijo kupci vse več kontrole o tem, kako je izdelek oblikovan, oglaševan in kako se prodaja. Pri tem se svoje moči še kako dobro zavedajo. Današnji CRM je usmerjen v pomoč podjetjem pri usmerjanju pozornosti na kupce z zagotavljanjem vpogleda v kupce ob hkratnem razumevanju le-teh. CRM je postal nujen del sodobnega poslovanja, ki predstavlja v kombinaciji s pristnimi odnosi s strankami prednost pred konkurenti na trgu. Praksa večjih podjetij je že dolgo investiranje v CRM rešitve, ki zbirajo podatke o kupcih in jih spreminjajo v poslovne potenciale, saj imajo za to razpoložljive vire. Nekoliko več pomislekov v tradicionalne CRM rešitve imajo manjša podjetja, ki pogosto raziskujejo prednosti tovrstne investicije. Pri tem se vse več srednje velikih in majhnih podjetij zaveda pomena CRM. Pomembno vlogo zaradi dostopnosti tako velikim, srednjim in majhnim podjetjem predstavljajo CRM rešitve v oblaku. Te omogočajo vzpostavitev CRM rešitev po dostopnih cenah, ki omogočajo doseganje boljših poslovnih rezultatov. CRM v oblaku tako predstavlja rešitev na trgu, ki je dostopna za podjetja vseh velikosti.

Secondary abstract: Sales has changed in a significant way over the last few years. To succeed in today’s business world we need more than just sales talent. The time of simple relationships between buyers and sellers are long gone. We live in a world where buyers want more control on how the product is developed, advertised and how it sells. They are aware of their power more than ever. CRM nowadays is focused in helping companies in focusing on buyer by providing buyer insight. CRM has become important part of every business nowadays which presents in combination with genuine customer relations business advantage. Bigger companies have invested for a long time in CRM solutions, which is a collection of customer information and with intention to convert them in business potentials. Smaller companies on the other hand usually think twice before investing in traditional type of CRM. More and more small and medium size companies are aware of customer relationship management. Important role of cloud CRM is in availability for small, medium and big companies. They allow implementing cloud CRM solutions by investing reasonable amount of money and enabling them to perform better. Cloud CRM is a solution available for all on market.
