Abstract

V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno področje, ki zajema spletne trgovine, v praktičnem delu so glede izjav o varnosti analizirani nekateri večji slovenski spletni ponudniki, z anketo pa so pridobljeni rezultati mnenja o varnosti v spletnih trgovinah. Z nalogo smo prikazali trenutno stanje ter ugotovili, da spletnim ponudnikom predstavitev varnosti kupcem ne predstavlja posebnega pomena. Sami uporabniki pa imajo zaupanje v varnost s strani ponudnika. V prvem delu je uporabljena domača in tuja strokovna literatura,v praktičnem delu pa analitični pristop, pri katerem smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ter primerjalna metoda, s katero smo primerjali izjave ponudnikov in skladnost z zakonskimi določili.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part presents the area of security of online store. In the practical part, we analyze the security declarations of some of the major Slovenian online stores. Using the questionnaire we measured the opinion results about safety in online stores. The thesis shows the current status and we find out that the online providers don’t show special interest to presentations of safety to the buyers. On other way buyer have confidence in security from the side of providers. In the first part we used local and foreign literature. In the practical part we used analytical approach in which we used the questionnaire and the comparative method which was used for comparing providers statement with legal regulations.
