Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je raziskovanje ustvarjanja radijske oddaje, ki jo samostojno pripravlja skupina dijakov in študentov. Naloga ponuja vpogled v ustvarjanje radijskih vsebin, ki je zelo kompleksen proces in za dobro izvedbo zahteva veliko predpriprav. Raziskovali smo kako raznoliko je delo ustvarjanja oddaje in kako vpliva na njene mlade ustvarjalce. Osredotočili smo se na vprašanje odnosa mladih do izkušenj, ki so si jih ob ustvarjanju radijske oddaje pridobili. Ker je oddajo v 40. letih oblikovalo okoli 200 mladih in več kot 10 urednikov pa nas je zanimalo tudi kako se je obdržal koncept oddaje do danes. Analizirali smo intervjuje z mladimi, ki so nekateri pa še sodelujejo pri ustvarjanju oddaje in spoznali, da mladim sodelovanje v oddaji med drugim koristi tudi za obvladovanje veščin komunikacije in odnos do dela.

Secondary abstract:	The purpose of this thesis is to research the production of a radio show, prepared independently by a group of students. We offer an insight into a complex production process that requires many preparatory steps to ensure quality of the on air performance. We studied how diverse the work of creating the show is and how it affects its young creators. We focused on the question of the attitude of youth, on the experience they have gained while part of the team creating the radio show. Since the show was produced by around 200 young people and more than 10 editors over the past 40 years, we were also interested in how the concept of the show has been kept up to date. We have done interviews with the people who were, and some still are, involved in creating the shows and concluded, that their participation in the program, among many other benefits, is beneficial to managing communication skills and work attitude.
