Abstract

V projektni nalogi so predstavljeni osnovni načini računalniške obdelave oblaka 3D-točk, ki so pridobljeni z laserskim skeniranjem (LIDAR), in se lahko koristno uporabljajo v gradbeništvu in geodeziji. Oblak 3D-točk lahko pridobimo s pomočjo 3D-skenerjev ali sistema LIDAR, ki posname zemeljsko površje v obliki 3D-točk. Oblak točk je sestavljen iz velikega števila točk, ki jih s pomočjo računalniških programov lahko prikažemo, analiziramo, urejamo in povežemo v geometrijske ploskve, na podlagi katerih lahko načrtujemo umestitev novih objektov v prostor. V nalogi je bil uporabljen oblak 3D-točk za občino Lendava na katerem so bili uporabljeni štirje programi, ki omogočajo vizualizacijo in urejanje oblaka 3D-točk.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents different approaches to processing of 3D-point cloud data, which are generated by laser scanning and can be useful in construction and geodesy. 3D-point cloud may be created by 3D-scanners or LIDAR system, that captures land surface in the form of 3D-points. Point cloud consisting of a large number of points, by using computer programs can be displayed, analyzed, edited and connected to the geometric surface on which we can design new facilities in space. In the thesis a 3D-point cloud for the municipality of Lendava was used, to demonstrate the process of manipulation and visualisation, of 3D-point cloud.
