Abstract
POVZETEK
Naslov diplomskega dela: »Manager in vodenje podjetja«.
Management in vodenje podjetij je najpomembnejša inovacija dvajsetega stoletja, saj gre za področje, ki je zelo razgibano in se z njim ukvarja vedno več avtorjev s področja poslovanja.
Naloge, ki jih opravljajo managerji in vodje v podjetju so vse od zaznavanja tržnih trendov, načrtovanja in planiranja, nadziranja… Podjetja za svoj uspeh potrebujejo oba. Pri delu se dopolnjujeta in tvorita nek celoten ideal.
Kljub naštetemu se manager in vodja med seboj razlikujeta. Bistvena razlika med njima je v tem, da prvi težijo k stabilnosti in nadzorovanju, drugi pa težijo k spremembam in dobro poznajo vizijo podjetja.
Diplomsko delo je zajemalo tri poglavja, in sicer: uvodni, teoretični in empirični del. Uvodni del zajema opredelitev področja in opis problema, namen ter cilje raziskave, temeljne hipoteze in raziskovalna vprašanja, predpostavke ter omejitve raziskave in predvidene metode dela.
Teoretični del zajema predstavitev mamagementa, managerja, vodenja in vodje.
V raziskovalnem delu smo analizirali anketo in prišli do ugotovitve, da podjetje X vodi manager. To nam potrjujejo pridobljeni podatki iz ankete, saj so na prvem mestu le doseženi rezultate dela. Delavci so v večini zadovoljni s svojim nadrejenim.
Potrdili smo hipoteze in odgovorili na raziskovalna vprašanja.

ABSTRACT
Title of the bachelor thesis: Manager and management of the company
Management and managing the companies is the most important innovation of the 20th century. This area is really diverse and it is becoming more and more popular among the authors from the business field.
Managers and leaders are managing different tasks, such as perceiving market trends, planning and controlling. Companies need both of them for success. During the work they complete each other and create an ideal.
Despite all the mentioned facts, they differ from each other. The Basic difference between them is that the manager strives for stability and control while the leaders strive for changes and know the vision of the company really good.
This Bachelor thesis includes the three following chapters: introduction, theoretical and empirical part. Introductory part contains information about the area of research and description of the problem, purpose and goals of the research, main hypotheses and research questions, assumptions and restrictions of the research and planned methods of work.
Theoretical part consists of the presentation of the management, manager, leadership and leader.
In the research part we analyzed the survey and we came to the conclusion that company X is guided by the manager. This is confirmed by the data from the survey, the most important are the working achievements. In the majority workers are satisfied with their superiors.
We confirmed the hypotheses and answered the research questions. |
