Abstract

Robotizacijo prinaša pozitivne učinke, ki pomenijo večjo produktivnost ter kvalitetnejše izdelke. Zaradi vse večjega razvoja, roboti zajemajo vedno večji delež v fazah serijske proizvodnje. V diplomskem delu bom izdelal simulacijo robotske celice, ki je namenjena izdelavi listnatih vzmeti in razporeditve strojev, na kateri se bodo izdelovale vzmeti. Za njeno izdelavo bom uporabil CAD modele, ki sem jih dobil iz podjetja Oprema Ravne d. o. o. . Proizvodnja linija je sestavljena iz treh robotov, ogrevalne peči, ravnalne preše, krivilne preše in kalilnega bazena. Za izdelavo diplomskega dela bom uporabil programski paket Robot studio. V začetku bom opisal nekaj splošnega o robotih in njihovem delovanju, nadaljeval bom z najpomembnejšimi standardi, ki so pomembni za izdelavo robotskih celic.

Secondary abstract: Robotics is an multidisciplinary field that has a significant impact on the industry, enabling higher productivity and production of better quality products. Due to the increasing development, robots are rapidly becoming more and more common in all the stages of mass production. In the thesis I have made the simulation of an robotic cell, that is designed to produce leaf springs along with the distribution of machines, that are used in the process of manufacturing the mentioned product. The robotic cell is designed by using CAD models I have received from the company Oprema Ravne d.o.o. The production line is made out of three robots, the heating furnace, straightening press, bending press and the hardening pool. For the construction of the robotic cell I have used the Robot Studio software package. The thesis explains the basics of robots and how they work, list the most important standards concerning the manufacture of robotic cells.
