Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vloga terapije s konjem pri senzomotoričnem razvoju otroka se je želelo ugotoviti, kako terapija s pomočjo konja vpliva na senzomotoričen razvoj otroka. V teoretičnem delu se je podrobneje predstavilo in razčlenilo terapevtsko jahanje s pomočjo konja, terapevtskega konja in potek izobraževanja za inštruktorje in terapevte za otroke z motnjami na senzomotoričnem področju. V empiričnem delu naloge se je uporabila kavzalna - neeksperimentalna metoda. Raziskovalni vzorec iz konkretne populacije pri delu raziskave z opazovanjem predstavljata deček in deklica, ki obiskujeta individualiziran program terapije s pomočjo konja pri izbrani terapevtki. Vzorec pri raziskavi z anketo predstavlja 30 staršev otrok, ki pri izbrani terapevtki obiskujejo individualiziran program terapije s pomočjo konja. Uporabljeno je bilo kvantitativno zbiranje podatkov z lastnim instrumentom opazovanja in z anketo po Likertovi lestvici od 1 do 5. Za obdelavo pridobljenih podatkov je bila uporabljena deskriptivna statistika.Ugotovljeno je bilo, da redno izvajanje terapije s pomočjo konja pozitivno vpliva na otroka, da je pri obeh otrocih z motnjami na senzomotoričnem področju v času petih mesecev bil viden napredek v izboljšanju ravnotežja in da redno izvajanje terapije s pomočjo konja pozitivno vpliva na senzomotoričen razvoj otroka.

Secondary abstract: The thesis's The role of therapy with a horse in a sensomotoric development of a child main purpose was to find out how equine assisted therapy influences child's mental and behavioural health development. The theoretical part is a detailed presentation and analysis of therapeutic riding, the horse participating in therapy and course of training for instructors and therapists for children with disabilities in the sensomotoric area. In the empirical part was used causal - nonexperimental method. The research sample of specific populations in the observing part of research is represented by a boy and a girl, who attend an individualized program of equine assisted therapy with selected therapist. The sample where we used a survey is represented by 30 parents of children, attending an individualized program of equine assisted therapy with selected therapists. Quantitative data collection instrument with its own observations and a survey by Likert scale from 1 to 5 has been used for the survey. Descriptive statistics was used for the data processing obtained in the survey. It was found that the regular implementation of equine assisted therapy has a positive impact on the child, that both observed children with disabilities in the sensomotoric area during five months significantly progressed in improving balance, and that regular implementation of equine assisted therapy has a positive effect on child's sensomotoric development.
