Abstract

V diplomskem projektu smo predstavili planiranje razvoja programsko-tržnega področja podjetja Segrap, d.o.o., Ljutomer – Bioterme Mala Nedelja na ravni strateškega managementa. Na kratko smo predstavili tudi politiko podjetja, ki nam je služila kot izhodišče za planiranje razvoja na ravni strateškega managementa. V okviru politike podjetja smo opredelili poslanstvo, smotre in temeljne cilje. Opredelili smo tudi interesne potenciale in se seznanili s strategijami in strukturami tega preučevanega programsko-tržnega področja podjetja. V nadaljevanju smo upoštevali vsa navedbena izhodišča in planirali razvoj na ravni strateškega managementa, kjer smo preučili programska področja in opredelili vrednote, prednosti, slabosti, možnosti in nevarnosti. Nato smo za preučevano programsko-tržno področje predlagali še razvojne strategije in zapisali program razvoja

Secondary abstract: In the diploma project, the planning of the development of strategic business area of the company Segrap d.o.o., Ljutomer – Bioterme Mala Nedelja is presented at the strategic management level. We also briefly presented the company policy that served as a basis for planning at the strategic management level. As part of the company, mission, aims, ultimate objectives and interest potentials of the company were defined. We also received information about strategies and structures of the company. Then we planned the development at the strategic management level, where we researched the strategic business area of the company and its environment. On this basis, we defined advantages, disadvantages and values. Subsequently, we also proposed the development strategies and recorded a strategy of the development of the company.
