When it had almost become a fact that the company would have stopped with its business after 48 years of successful business, we decided that it would have been a pity if we had discarded an important competition advantage of the company without an effort to achieve some important changes. We have decided to develop the company in the new brand with synergy in knowledge and experience gained in the previous business years.
The diploma thesis is a basis of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, development planning. After the research and analysis of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, and definition of its strengths, weaknesses, values, and also with development of the environment dependent possibilities and threats, we have defined the vision and mission of the company, purposes, and basic goals. Therefore, we have written the innovative politics of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor.
Based on the researched values (strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats), we have also established the development of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, on the level of strategic management. With planned development on the level of strategic management, we have defined program-market areas of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, and established the strategic possibilities and strategies of the company. The last part of the diploma thesis also includes a program for the development of the researched company for the following five years. |
