Povzetek

Ko je že kazalo, da bo podjetje ugasnilo in bomo po 48 letih uspešnega delovanja prenehali z dejavnostjo, smo sklenili, da bi bilo škoda zavreči pomembno konkurenčno prednost podjetja, ne da bi poskusili doseči potrebne spremembe. Odločili smo se za razvoj podjetja v novi dejavnosti v sinergiji z znanjem in izkušnjami, ki smo si jih pridobili v preteklih letih delovanja. Diplomsko delo je temelj planiranja razvoja podjetja Dobro in zdravo, s. p. Po proučitvi in analizi podjetja in določitvi njegovih prednosti, slabosti, vrednot in tudi ob upoštevanju razvoja okolja ter iz okolja izhajajočih možnosti in nevarnosti smo za podjetje določili vizijo ter poslanstvo podjetja, smotre in temeljne cilje ter tako zapisali inovirano politiko podjetja Dobro in zdravo, s. p. Na podlagi proučevanja vrednot prednosti in slabosti ter priložnosti in nevarnosti smo utemeljili tudi razvoj podjetja Dobro in zdravo, s. p., na ravni strateškega menedžmenta. Pri planiranem razvoju na ravni strateškega menedžmenta smo določili programsko-tržna področja podjetja ter utemeljili strateške možnosti in strategije podjetja, v zadnjem delu diplomske naloge pa zapisali tudi program razvoja proučevanega podjetja za naslednjih pet let.

Sekundarni povzetek: When it had almost become a fact that the company would have stopped with its business after 48 years of successful business, we decided that it would have been a pity if we had discarded an important competition advantage of the company without an effort to achieve some important changes. We have decided to develop the company in the new brand with synergy in knowledge and experience gained in the previous business years. The diploma thesis is a basis of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, development planning. After the research and analysis of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, and definition of its strengths, weaknesses, values, and also with development of the environment dependent possibilities and threats, we have defined the vision and mission of the company, purposes, and basic goals. Therefore, we have written the innovative politics of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor. Based on the researched values (strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats), we have also established the development of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, on the level of strategic management. With planned development on the level of strategic management, we have defined program-market areas of the company Good and healthy, sole proprietor, and established the strategic possibilities and strategies of the company. The last part of the diploma thesis also includes a program for the development of the researched company for the following five years.
