Abstract
Gradbeni dnevnik je dnevnik o izvajanju del, ki ga morajo izvajalci voditi pri gradnji vseh gradb, kjer je potrebno gradbeno dovoljenje, razen pri gradnji nezahtevnih gradb ali pri gradnji v lastni režiji. Pomembno je vpisovanje vseh okoliščin, ki bi lahko vplivale na pravilnost in kakovost izvedenih del, kot so vremenske razmere, število zaposlenih, opozorila s strani nadzorne osebe, morebitni dogovori med izvajalcem in investitorjem. Podlaga za vodenje gradbenega dnevnika je sklenjena gradbena pogodba med izvajalcem in investitorjem, kjer določita bistvene sestavine kot so gradba, cena, rok, dodatni dogovori in nadzorno osebo. Slednja je zadolžena za nadzor nad izpolnjevanjem gradbenega dnevnika, pravilnostjo izvedenih del, upoštevanje dogovorjenih rokov. Vsa gradbiščna dokumentacija se v času gradnje v enem izvodu hrani na gradbišču, po zaključku pa en izvod trajno hrani investitor, upravna enota, ki izda uporabno dovoljenje vsaj 10 let in izvajalec vsaj 10 let. Vpogled v dokumentacijo v času gradnje mora biti omogočen vsem nadzornim organom in tudi gradbenemu inšpektorju.

Secondary abstract: |
Construction log is daily report about works at the jobsite which has to be managed by contractors in the construction of all buildings which require building permit exept when constructing non-complex buildings or building on your own. It is important to recorg all circumstances which could effect on accuracy and quality of construction works, such as weather conditions, number of workers on jobsite, warnings from controllers and any other agreements between investor and contractor. The basis for writing construction log is construction agreement between investor and constructor where they agree about work, price, possibly price clause, time, other supplementary agreements and determine the supervisor. Supervisor is in charge for supervision of filling daily report, correctness of work done, compliance with agreed deadline. All construction site documentation must be in one copy at the construction site. After completion of all works investor must keep one copy permanently until the building exists, one copy must keep constructor at least 10 years and one copy is archived at least 10 years by state authority responsible for issuing operating license. All in site documentation must be availible to supervisory authorities and construction inspector. |
