Abstract

POVZETEK Spletna trgovina je dandanes vedno bolj uveljavljena in priljubljena oblika nakupovanja, kar pa ni nič presenetljivega, saj živimo v računalniški dobi. Spletna trgovina je internetna stran, na kateri stranka preko interneta nakupuje v virtualnem svetu in po navadi naroči želeni izdelek, manj pogosto storitev. Torej je zelo pomembno, da sama spletna stran privabi in prepriča v nakup potencialno stranko. Cilj diplomskega dela je prenovitev procesov naročanja pri spletni trgovini, tako da bo naročanje hitrejše in varnejše. Prav tako smo pri prenovi zasnovali procese tako, da so v čim večji meri pri delovanju razbremenili lastnika spletne trgovine. S tem želimo povečati prodajo in zmanjšati stroške. Obstoječo spletno trgovino smo analizirali in popisali njene trenutne procese naročanja najprej s strani kupca, nato še v vlogi administratorja. Glede na opravljene analize in posredovanih podatkov administratorja, pridobljenih s pomočjo strukturiranega intervjuja, smo zasnovali načrt prenove spletne trgovine. V drugem delu smo s popisom in testiranjem novih postopkov naročanja procese strankam prenovili z vpeljavo novih možnosti naročanja. Obenem smo procese oblikovali tudi glede na potrebe administratorja. Obstoječi spletni trgovini smo s prenovo procesa naročanja kupcem poenostavili, jim zagotovili nove načine plačevanja in vpeljali nov sistem nagrajevanja. Administratorju smo omogočili varnejše vnašanje podatkov, optimalno vodenje zalog in zmanjšali čas zaključevanja naročil. Prenovljeno spletno trgovino smo uspešno testirali na raziskovalnem strežniku, saj so vse nove pridobitve delovale brezhibno, zaradi česar ima v prihodnosti možnost nadaljnjega razvoja. Prav tako je zadovoljila pričakovanja lastnika podjetja.

Secondary abstract: ABSTRACT Online shopping is getting more and more popular and established form of shopping today, which is no surprise because we are living in a computer age. Online store is a internet site on which a customer, by using the internet, is shopping in virtual environment usually to order a product or less common a service. So it is important, that form and outlook of the site attracts and convinces the potential customer to purchase. The aim of degree work is to renew the online shop ordering process, making ordering faster and safer. Therefore we have formed processes these way in order to unburden the online shop owner at operating as much as possible. By that we want to increase the sale and reduce the expenses. We have analysed and listed the existing online shop and its current ordering process first from customers view then from administrators view. Regarding the done analysis and informations given by administrator provided thru structured interview we have formed a renewal plan of online shop. In part two we have listed and tested renewed ordering procedures. We have introduced new possibilities of ordering for customers and at the same time formed process regarding the administrators needs. By renovation of the existing online shop we have simplified ordering process of the existing online shop, we have ensured new ways of payment and introduced new way of rewarding the customer. We enabled safer data input for the administrator, optimal evidence of stock and reduced the time of termination of order. We have tested the renewed online shop on research server, where all the newly gained acquisitions worked faultless. So it has satisfied the expectations of the business owner. Therefore has the renewed online shop a possibility for the further development.
