Abstract
Konflikti so življenju vseh ljudi nekaj neizogibnega, najdemo jih tako na zasebnem kot na poslovnem področju. V tej diplomski nalogi, sem s pomočjo strokovnega gradiva preučil teoretična izhodišča za obravnavo konfliktov, nato pa s pomočjo izbranega podjetja ta izhodišča preveril tudi na praktičnem primeru. Tako tuji kot domači avtorji konflikt različno definirajo. Najbolj pogosta definicija pravi, da gre za neko nasprotovanje, ki nastane zaradi nezdružljivih ciljev, misli in čustev. Poznamo tudi več različnih razdelitev konfliktov. V podjetju se ti največkrat delijo na horizontalne in vertikalne. Preučil sem različne metode reševanje konfliktov, za najbolj učinkovito metodo velja vzpostavitev celovitega sistema za preprečevanje konfliktov v prihodnosti in učinkovito reševanje konfliktov. Takšen sistem je po navadi poimenovan management konfliktov, ključen aspekt je izdelava strateškega plana za obravnavo konfliktov. Obstajajo številne oblike managementa konfliktov. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil splošni model konfliktnega managementa, Pondy-ijev model organizacijskih konfliktov in akcijsko-strateški pristop k obvladovanju konfliktov. Obravnavo konfliktov sem preučil tudi na primeru podjetja Intersnack d.o.o.Slovenija. Prišel sem do ugotovitev, da za reševanje in preprečevanje podjetje nima vzpostavljenega sistema. Konflikte rešujejo sproti, samemu preprečevanju pa ne posvečajo preveč pozornosti. Na koncu sem podal tudi nekaj predlogov za izboljševanje delovanja in izvajanja s poudarkom na izboljšanju komunikacije z namenom izboljšanja delovanja podjetja.

Conflicts are an inevitable part of human life, found both in the private and business areas. In this thesis, with the help of professional materials, I studied theoretical frameworks that deal with conflict, and then applied those foundings on a practical example. Both foreign and domestic authors define conflict differently. The most common definition says that there is some opposition caused by incompatible goals, thoughts and emotions. There are also several different variations of conflicts, they are often divided into horizontal and vertical. I studied various methods of conflict resolution, the most effective method attempts to establish a comprehensive system for future prevention of conflicts and effective conflict resolution. Such a system is usually called conflict management, a key aspect of developing a strategic plan for dealing with conflicts. There are many forms of conflict management. In this thesis I presented a general model of conflict management, Pondy's model of organizational conflict and action and strategic approach to conflict management. I examined the dealing of conflict inside the company, Intersnack Slovenija. I came to the conclusion that the company does not have a system for prevention and solution of conflicts in place. Conflicts are resolved promptly as they appear, prevenention itself is not payed too much attention. Finally, I also made some suggestions for improving the operation and implementation, with an emphasis on improving communications with a view to improving the functioning of the company. |
