Abstract
Tako kot vse druge navade in znanja, si tudi prehranjevalne navade začnemo pridobivati že v zgodnjem otroštvu. V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Prehranske navade predšolskih otrok smo se zato osredotočili na prehranske navade, ki jih imajo naši predšolski otroci, in na načine, s katerimi lahko vplivamo na pridobivanje le-teh v vrtcu. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo opisali splošne smernice, ki veljajo za zdrav način prehranjevanja otrok. Osredotočili smo se na prehransko piramido, posamezne skupine živil, kakor tudi na pomen otrokovega sodelovanja pri pripravi skupnih obrokov. V drugem delu smo predstavili svoje ugotovitve raziskovalnega dela. Odločili smo se namreč za aktivno delo z otroki in na ta način ugotavljali, koliko lahko v enem tednu vplivamo na pojmovanje zdrave prehrane pri otroku z didaktičnimi igrami, raziskovanjem, s pokušanjem, z ustvarjanjem in drugimi aktivnostmi. Poleg tega smo sestavili še anketni vprašalnik za starše, ki ga je izpolnilo 18 staršev otrok, ki obiskujejo skupino, v kateri smo izvajali dejavnosti. Na ta način smo si pridobili osnovne informacije o tem, v kolikšni meri se otroci prehranjujejo zdravo glede na smernice zdravega prehranjevanja predšolskih otrok.

Eating habits of preschool children |
Secondary abstract: |
As all other habits and skills we also gain eating habits already in an early childhood. In the degree paper with the title The eating habits of preschool children we focused on the eating habits, that our preschool children have and ways how we can influence on gaining them in their kindergarten. In the first part of the degree paper we described general guidelines, which are considered as a healthy way of children eating. We focused on the eating pyramid, individual group of foodstuff, as also on the meaning of children cooperating by preparing common meals. In the second part we introduced our findings of the empirical part. We decided actually for active work with children and on that way we found out how much we can influence the meaning of healthy food by a child with didactic games, researching, tasting, creating and other activities in a week. Beside this we formed the questionnaires for parents which were fulfilled by eighteen parents of children that visited the group where we carried out activities and we got basic information to what extent children eat healthy according to the healthy eating of preschool children. |
