Vzpostavitev sistema za upravljanje učenja v zdravstveni ustanovi

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava vzpostavitev sistema za upravljanje učenja v zdravstveni ustanovi. Izdelali smo posnetek stanja procesov v zdravstveni ustanovi in konkretni kliniki. Analizirali smo sistem usposabljanja zdravstvene administracije. Vzpostavitev sistema za upravljanje učenja je potekala v dveh fazah. V prvi fazi smo vzpostavili virtualni stroj z nameščenim sistemom za upravljanje učenja in programe za zaščito, kot sta SSHGuard in ClamAV, nato pa izvedli še prilagoditve v aplikaciji Moodle. V drugi fazi smo izdelali vsebine in kreirali uporabnike z ustreznimi pravicami. Testiranje in evalvacija virtualnega stroja, ki je bil dostopen preko interneta, sta potrdila, da aplikacija deluje pravilno in je stabilna ter da so uporabniki zadovoljni.

Secondary abstract:	The research is focused in deployment of a learning management system in a health institution. We created a snapshot of processes in the health institution and a specific clinic. Then we analyzed the existing process of health administration training. The deployment of learning management system was carried in two phases. In the first phase, we have created a virtual machine with learning management system and software for protection such as SSHGuard and ClamAV. After installation we configured Moodle application. In the second phase we generated the traning content and created users with appropriate privileges. Testing and evaluation of the virtual machine which was accessible over the internet, confirmed that the application serves correctly, is stable and that users are satisfied.
