Abstract

Stres predstavlja v današnjem svetu, ki je prepoln nenehnega spreminjanja na vseh področjih pereč problem, tako za posameznika, kot za delovno organizacijo. Ker se s stresom in z njim povezanimi posledicami sooča vse večje število ljudi, še vedno pa ostaja problematika premalo predstavljena širši množici, smo se odločili v diplomskem delu raziskati prav omenjeno področje. V nalogi bomo na kratko predstavili pojem, vrste in simptome stresa tako na posameznika, kot na celotno delovno organizacijo. Posebno pozornost bomo namenili ukrepom za zmanjšanje oz. odpravljanje stresnih dejavnikov, saj se le z zavedanjem le-teh lahko uspešno spopadamo v danih situacijah. V raziskovalnem delu bomo predstavili kratko zgodovino, ter vizijo podjetja Brce d.o.o., v katerem bomo izvedli anketo med zaposlenimi. Z dobljenimi rezultati bomo skušali ugotoviti, v kakšni meri so zaposleni podvrženi dejavnikom stresa. S pridobljenim znanjem bomo v prihodnje poskušali zagotoviti še boljše delovne pogoje, ter seznaniti zaposlene z možnimi načini odpravljanja stresa oz. zmanjševanjem le-tega.

Secondary abstract: In today´s constantly changing word world stress in a pressing issue in all areas, burdening individuals as well as organisations. In light of the fact that on the one hand the number of people facing stress and its consequences is on the rise, and on the other hand the fact that the issue is not adequately presented to the wider public, the subject of this paper´s research is stress. The paper first presents the concept of stress, types and symptoms of stress related to the individual as well as to the entire organisation. Specific attention will be given to the measures aiming to reduce or eliminate stress-related factors; namely it is only by being aware of the stress-related factors that we can successfully deal with specific situations. The research segment of the paper, in the framework of which we conducted a survey among the employees, will give a short history and vision of the company Brce ltd. The results will help establish the estent to which the employees are subject to stress-related factors. The acquired knowledge will help us in providing better conditions for work, as well as in informing the employees of the methods to eliminate and reduce stress.
