Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja dimenzioniranje in konstruiranje sejalnega sistema finih polietilenskih in polipropilenskih prašnih delcev, ki ga lahko prestavljamo iz enega mešalnika na drugega. V nalogi so predstavljene posamezne faze razvoja izdelka s posebnim poudarkom na trdnostni preračun osnovnih komponent sejalnega sistema. Trdnostni preračuni, ki so v glavnem izvedeni numerično po MKE, so pokazali, da so vse omenjene komponente ustrezno dimenzionirane. Na podlagi omenjenega preračuna bo podjetje Isokon zasnovan sejalni sistem tudi izdelalo.

Secondary title: Construction of a movable sieving system for color mixers
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the dimensioning and construction of a sieving system of fine polyethylene and polypropylene dust particles that we can swap between mixers. In this work there are presented all phases of the product development with special emphasis on strain calculations of the basic components of the sieving system. The strain calculations, which are mainly carried out numerically by FEA, showed that all mentioned components are appropriately dimensioned. On the basis of the aforementioned conversion, the company Isokon will produce the designed sieving system.
