Abstract
Modelarstvo spada med tehnična področja, zato se odlično povezuje s poukom tehnike in tehnologije v osnovni šoli. Pri izvajanju modelarskega krožka lahko učitelj z ustrezno izbranimi modeli skoraj v celoti osmisli tiste učne vsebine iz predmeta tehnika in tehnologija, za katere pri rednem pouku ni imel časa. Krožek spodbuja učence tudi h kritičnemu razmišljanju o uporabljenih materialih in načinu dela oz. izdelavi izbranih izdelkov. Prav tako učenci spoznavajo načine preizkušanja izdelkov in hkrati predlagajo določene izboljšave, ki temeljijo na podlagi že prej pridobljenih izkušenj. Žal se modelarski krožki na osnovnih šolah izvajajo zelo poredko, zato je v tem magistrskem delu na podlagi lastnih izkušenj podanih nekaj navodil in predlogov, kako začeti z izvajanjem modelarskega krožka. Poleg tega se v prilogi nahaja šest modelov, primernih za izdelavo pri krožku, ki sem jih razporedil od najenostavnejšega do najzahtevnejšega (upoštevajoč razvojno stopnjo otrok).

Secondary abstract: |
Modelling is a field of engineering and therefore correlates greatly with engineering and technology, a required subject in primary school. Modelling club enables teachers to cover the activities which have not been conducted in engineering and technology due to lack of time, however, the models have to be selected appropriately. The club encourages students to think critically about the materials and the methods of work. Students learn about the ways of testing the products and can also suggest some improvements, based on their previous experiences. Unfortunately, modelling classes are rarely conducted in primary schools. Accordingly, this thesis offers some instructions and suggestions for starting and conducting a modelling club, based on my experiences. Additionally, there are six models presented in appendix which are suitable to be made in primary school. The models have been arranged from the simplest to the most complex, considering the students' skill level. |
