diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo se po teoretičnem uvodu osredotočili na proces zaposlovanja kadrov v izbranem gradbenem podjetju Marcen d.o.o., obenem pa smo se posvetili tudi motiviranju za delo v omenjenem podjetju. Zanimalo nas je objavljanje prostih delovnih mest, tehnike in metode pridobivanja in izbire kadrov, način določanja pogojev za opravljanje dela (za zasedbo delovnega mesta) in delitev dela v procesu zaposlovanja. Analizirali smo najpomembnejše tokove zaposlovanja kadrov ter spremembe v strukturi in obsegu zaposlenih delavcev. Ugotovili smo, da je potreben sistematski pristop k procesu zaposlovanja, pravočasno in odločno odzivanje na spremembe zasedenosti razpoložljivosti kapacitet, pa tudi optimizacija delovnih procesov, ki ne pomeni nujno dodatnega zaposlovanja. Potrebno je neprestano opazovanje reakcije zaposlenih na dnevne izzive in kritično opazovanje delovnih rezultatov ter sprotno izražanje povratne informacije o delovni učinkovitosti.
Z anketno metodo smo raziskali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in motivacijske dejavnike v podjetju. Preverjali smo dve hipotezi, s katerima smo odkrili razlike v stopnji zadovoljstva in motivacije s sorodnim podjetjem.

The focus of this diploma has been the process of recruitment and employee motivation in the construction company Marcen d.o.o. We looked at the way new positions were being published and various methodologies for candidate selection. We also looked at the way job descriptions were being defined and how workload was being distributed during recruitment process. We analyzed the most important flows of recruitment and changes in structure and scope of hired workers. We discovered that a systemic approach towards employment is required, with timely and decisive responses to changes in resource requirements. We also discovered that certain business processes can be optimized and that hiring new workers is not always necessary. However, continuous monitoring daily challenges is required, with critical evaluation of business results and prompt responses to work efficiency.
We conducted a research of worker satisfaction and motivational factors in the company using polling methods. We verified two hypothesis, which revealed differences in the level of satisfaction and motivation between two companies. |
