Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali koristnost rednih letnih razgovorov in njihov namen ter odziv zaposlenih na uvedbo le teh v podjetje Gradbeništvo Dengrad, Denis Rajbar, s. p. Teoretični del diplomskega dela je sestavljen iz poglavij, ki opisujejo definicije za redne letne razgovore, namen in cilje za njihovo uvedbo, pogoje za učinkovito izvedbo ter kako se pripravimo in kako poteka redni letni razgovor. V nadaljevanju smo opisali dejavnost podjetja, prikazali njegovo organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo ter prikaz grafov iz anketnega vprašalnika, ki se nanašajo na vprašanja o starosti, delovni dobi in izobrazbi zaposlenih. Empirični del diplomskega dela je osredotočen na raziskavo, ki smo jo opravili z anketnim vprašalnikom, pri kateri so sodelovali vsi zaposleni. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo ugotavljali, kako zaposleni gledajo na uvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetju ter v zaključku podali odgovore na vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili pred raziskavo. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov smo oblikovali obrazce, potrebne za uspešno izvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov.

Secondary abstract: The thesis considers advantageousness of regular annual interviews, their purpose and the employees’ feedback on the introduction of regular annual interviews in the company Gradbeništvo Dengrad, Denis Rajbar, s. p. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of chapters dealing with definition of regular annual interviews, their purpose and goals for their introduction, with conditions for their efficient execution, and with the preparation for as well as the sole process of the interview. Afterwards the company’s activity is introduced, as well as its organizational and human resource structure. Moreover, the graphs from the survey are presented, depicting employees’ age, years of service and education. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the research, which was based on the survey, encompassing all the employees. The aim of the survey was to discover how employees feel about the introduction of regular annual interviews and to answers the research questions, set before the survey. Basing on the survey results, a written form for successful execution of the regular annual interviews was designed.
