Secondary abstract: | In this thesis the business model and technology solution are described in order to determine needs in design business. The business model is built by the method of lean start-up and covers nine sectors, which must be consistent with each other to make business model work. Business model states solution needs for design companies in the form of a robotic cell with the possibility of milling. After obtaining the customer under the project 350 years of mining in Mežica in the master's thesis is described the whole process of making wooden clogs by customer order. The end includes an explanation of all of the problems during the production of clogs, costs and opportunities for improvement and preparation for the implementation of such manufacture. |
