Secondary abstract: | Not every leader is a good and competent leader. Many unsuccessful companies and the media reporting about employees that are being discharged support this statement. Therefore, the influence a leader has on his colleagues is significant. A suitable style of leadership enables employees to fulfil their goals in both work environment as well as in their private lives. If a leader wants to positively influence his inferior colleagues’ job performance, he must consider factors that affect their job satisfaction. |
