Abstract
Živimo v času, kjer se ob izredno hitrem razvoju tehnilogije, vse več storitev seli v virtualni svet. Ob tem razvoju je človeku najbolj pomemben čas in hitra dostopnost do storitve. Trendu tudi sledijo banke, ki praviloma vse po vrsti ponujajo tudi spletno rešitev.
Spletno bačništvo je priporočno tako za uporabnika kot za banko. Uporabnik ima storitev na voljo 24 ur na dan, vse dni v letu, brez čakalnih vrst in z nižjimi stroški poslovanja. Banka pa se prav tako izogne čakalnim vrstam v poslovalnicah in več storitev za več uporabnikov se lahko izvrši hkratno.
Glavni pomislek, ki se pojavlja pri uporabnikih, je seveda varnost storitve. Ljudje ne zaupajo popolnoma rešitvam na spletu, po drugi strani pa so neizkušeni uporabniki tudi bolj izpostavljeni zloraban na spletu.
V tem delu sem se odločil predstaviti in primerjati spletne banke bank na slovenskem področju. Zanimajo me storitve, ki jih ponujajo ter predvsem varnostni mehanizmi, s katerimi svojim komitentom zagotovijo čim varnešjo pot do bančnih storitev.

We live in a time, witnessing extremely fast advance in technology. Therefore more and more services migrate to the virtual world. Now more than ever, the most important comodity to humans is time and instant access to services. This trend is followed by banks and basically every bank offers a online solution.
Online banking is convenient for the customer and also for the bank. User has access to a service, which is available 24 hour a day, every day of the year. No waiting lines, lower costs. Banks are also keen on reducing the waiting lines in their offices and with online banking, more services for more users can bi executed simultaneously.
The main user concern is of course security. People do not fully trust web solutions, on the other hand are especially unexperienced users more exposed to web fraud.
In this paper, I would like to present and compare online banking offered to slovenian users. I am interested in services they offer and especially in their security mechanisms which provide the necessary securty for their online solutions. |
