Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili nagrajevanje in motiviranje zaposlenih v podjetju X. Namen naloge je poleg ugotavljanja, kako v podjetju vrednotijo delo zaposlenih, ugotoviti tudi, kako zaposleni doživljajo posamezne oblike plačil, koliko jim nagrade in priznanja za delo dejansko pomenijo ter kako to vpliva na delovno uspešnost posameznika in uspešnost podjetja.
