magistrsko delo na študijskem programu 2. stopnje
Abstract
Magistrsko delo obsega področje uporabe konoplje v gradbeništvu. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili najbolj pogoste naravne materiale, ki se uporabljajo za gradnjo. V praktičnem delu smo izdelali beton z dodatkom konopljinega pezdirja, ki bi dosegal zastavljeno tlačno trdnost (10 MPa). Kot vezivo smo pri izdelavi betona uporabili naravno hidravlično apno (NHL) ter cement (CEM I), ki je edini cement brez dodatkov. Na teh vezivih smo najprej opravili standardne preizkuse, na podlagi katerih smo lahko kasneje dobili primerno recepturo za izdelavo betona. Nato smo izdelali vzorce betona različnih receptur. Na podlagi teh receptur smo kasneje izdelali vzorce betona s konopljinim pezdirjem. To smo naredili tako, da smo prejšnjim recepturam odvzemali groba zrna agregata in tega glede na maso nadomeščali s konopljinim pezdirjem. Na vseh vzorcih smo nato opravili preizkus tlačne trdnosti, katerih rezultati so se ujemali z našimi predpostavkami.
V ekonomskem delu pa smo naredili stroškovno ter vrednostno analizo izdelave zidakov iz betona s konopljinim pezdirjem.

This master thesis covers hemp related usage in civil engineering. In the theoretical part we introduced the most frequent natural materials used in construction. In the practical part of the thesis we introduced the production of hemp fiber concrete with a strength capacity of 10 MPa. We used natural hydraulic lime (NHL) and concrete (CEM I) as binder materials for making this concrete, which is the only mixture without additives. Firstly, we conducted standardized testing of the binding materials in order to achieve the appropriate recipe. We continued by making hemp-concrete samples where we took raw grains of the aggregate and, according to its mass, replaced it with hemp hurd. Strength capacity test was conducted on all samples, the results of which matched our predictions. In the economic part we made the cost-benefit analysis of the production of hemp hurd concrete. |
