Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem opisal postopek koncipiranja merilne priprave ohišja avtomobilske luči. V začetku naloge sta predstavljena problem in cilj naloge, ki opisuje koncipiranje in snovanje merilne priprave za testiranje geometrijskih karakteristik prednjih avtomobilskih luči. Zastavljeni so bili konkretni cilji, zahtevekvnik pa je bil sestavljen in definiran detajlno. Pri snovanju je bil poudarek na treh točkah. Prva točka je velikost avtomobilske luči, in sicer težava pri namestitvi ohišja avtomobilske luči na osnovno ploščo. Druga točka predstavlja vpenjanje avtomobilske luči na merilno pripravo, in tretja točka namestitev nosilcev merilne ure. Zasnova je sledila načelu robustnega snovanja. Merilna priprava je na koncu izdelana v ozkem tolerančnem območju in mora zagotoviti ponovljivost meritev.

Secondary title: Conceiving and design of measuring device of automotive headlight housing
Secondary abstract: The aim of this diploma paper was to describe the process of conceiving and designing of measuring device for testing geometric characteristics of automotive light housing. At the beginning the problem and the aim of diploma paper are presented. Concrete objectives have been established, and the specification was structured and defined in detail. When designing the measuring device there were three important points to be considered. The first one was the light size presenting a problem when installing the automotive light housing on base plate. Clamping the light onto measuring device and installing brackets of measuring device were the other two important points. The design was based on the principle of robust designing. Finally, the measuring device is designed in a small range of tolerance and needs to ensure repeatability.
