Abstract
Načrtovanje in realizacija karierne poti je proces, ki poteka skozi vse življenje. Razvijanje kariere vsakega posameznika poteka po določenem postopku, ki zahteva veliko energije, vztrajnosti in vizije. Prej ko se bomo lotili razmišljanja o njej in si jo sistematično načrtovali, bolj bomo uspešni. Kadar se odločamo za kariero in tehtamo možnosti, ni dovolj, da upoštevamo le svoje želje in interese, temveč je potrebna pravilna ocena naših osebnostnih lastnosti, sposobnosti in pridobljenih znanj. Dobro pripravljen karierni načrt je lahko neprecenljiva vrednost, ki nam lahko izboljša kakovost življenja. Diplomska naloga v prvem delu obravnava koncept iskanja, načrtovanja in upravljanja kariere in motivacijske dejavnike. Opisani bodo teoretični vidiki posameznikove izbire kariere ter karierna orientacija, v katerem se identificirajo subjekti, ki bistveno vplivajo na odločitev mladih pri izbiri kariere. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu je opisan raziskovalni vzorec, pri čemer želimo ugotoviti, kakšno je obnašanje posameznika med načrtovanjem kariere. Analizirali smo dejavnike, ki so vplivali na izbiro karierne poti, pri čemer smo si pomagali s primerjalno analizo teoretičnih virov in s statističnimi metodami na podlagi podatkov, pridobljenih z anketami. Raziskovalni del v drugem sklopu zajema tudi praktične predloge za samostojno načrtovanje kariere, ki bo lahko v pomoč pri samostojnem načrtovanju kariere posameznika.

Planning and realization of the business career is a lifelong process. Career development is a process that requires a lot of energy and is reflected by individual’s vision, goals, motivation, and approaches to learning. The sooner we start engaging in career development activities the more successful we will be. The initial decision, weighting the options, own desires and interests are far from making our career to be successfully implemented. Instead we need to think about the correct assessment of our personality traits, skills and knowledge to develop a prosperous business career. Within the first part thesis deals with a concept of search, planning and career management as well by definition of the motivation factors for its development. The theoretical aspects of an individual's career choice and career guidance are thoroughly described to identify entities that have a significant impact on the young people choices made in the stage of their career development.
The second part of the thesis involves a research survey by which we intend to determine the individual’s behaviour during the career planning. We have analyzed the influencing factors on the preferences of career paths, where we used a comparative analysis of theoretical sources and statistical methods on the basis of data obtained through surveys. The research part of the present thesis also includes practical suggestions for the individual career planning, which can be helpful in planning their individual career. |
