diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana uskladitev ciljev poslovanja z zahtevami informatike v konkretnem malem podjetju. Podrobno je predstavljen Luftmanov inštrument strateške povezanosti, ki ga sestavlja šest komponent: komuniciranje, merjenje kompetenc/vrednosti, upravljanje, partnerstva, obseg in arhitektura ter spretnosti. Luftmanov inštrument definira pet nivojev zrelosti procesa strateške povezanosti poslovanja in IT: začetni/ad hoc, zavezanost k vpeljavi, uveljavljen/osredotočen, izboljšan/voden in optimiziran. V literaturi je najpogosteje kritično ocenjena preveč poudarjena strateška usmerjenost, kar za malo podjetje ni ključnega pomena. Kratko so opisane dobre prakse za mala podjetja, ki jih promovirata Evropska komisija in OECD. Predstavljen je stari poslovni načrt konkretnega malega podjetja, nato pa je izdelan nov poslovni načrt. Ta smiselno upošteva dobre prakse inoviranja poslovanja z IKT ter komponente in kriterije Luftmanovega inštrumenta.

The diploma thesis deals with the harmonization of business objectives with IT requirements in a particular small business. Luftman’s instrument of strategic coherence is presented in details, which consists of six components: communication, measurement of competencies / values, management, partnerships, scope and architecture and skills. Luftman’s instrument defines five levels of process maturity strategic integration of business and IT: start / ad hoc commitment to the introduction, established / focus, improved / managed and optimized. In literature the most critically assessed highlighting the strategic orientation, which is not crucial for a small business. Thesis briefly describes best practices for small businesses that are promoted by the European Commission and the OECD. Featured is the old business plan of specific small business and then a new business plan is constructed. This takes into account best practices of business innovation through ICT and the components and criteria of Luftman’s instrument. |
