Abstract
V diplomskem delu predstavimo načrt izvoznega trženja majhnega podjetja Vidnost, d. o. o., s severovzhodnega dela Slovenije. Podjetje se je odločilo svoj posel razširiti tudi na najbližji tuji trg, in sicer avstrijski. S svojo pestro ponudbo grafičnega oblikovanja, oglaševanja in tiska na izdelke sicer deluje po vsej Sloveniji, vendar vidi priložnost 60% povečanja prodaje predvsem na avstrijskem trgu.
V prvem poglavju diplomskega dela podrobneje predstavimo podjetje, njegove dejavnosti in njegov prodajni program. Sledijo teoretična izhodišča analize prodaje, kupcev, konkurence in avstrijskega poslovnega okolja. Pri vsaki predpostavki povzamemo še izhodišča podjetja Vidnost.
V četrtem poglavju predstavimo načrt trženja storitev podjetja Vidnost na avstrijskem trgu. Temeljito predstavimo analizo trženja in načrt prodaje ter finančni vidik podjetja pri izvoznih načrtih. V tem poglavju opravimo tudi SWOT analizo podjetja, kjer izpostavimo predvsem možnosti in priložnosti za razvoj podjetja ter smo pozorni na morebitne negativne anomalije izvoznega posla.
V zadnjem poglavju diplomskega dela konkretno predstavimo izvedbo izvoznega posla podjetja Vidnost. Podrobno opišemo faze izvoznega posla – pogajanja in sklepanje pogodb, naročilo in zavarovanje storitev, dostavo storitev, plačilni promet in zaključno fazo izvoznega posla. Pri tem izpostavimo težave in tveganja, ki jih ima podjetje, ter razložimo, kaj mu pri njegovi dejavnosti ne povzroča težav.

Secondary abstract: |
This Diploma Thesis describes the export marketing plan of Vidnost d.o.o., a small company from north-eastern Slovenia. The company decided to expand its business operations to the closest foreign market – the Austrian market. With its wide range of graphic design, advertising and printing on products the company it is present across Slovenia, but sees the opportunity to increase its sales by 60%, particularly on the Austrian market.
In the first part of the Diploma Thesis we thoroughly present the company, its activities and sales program. This is followed by theoretical origins of the sales analysis, customers, competition and the Austrian business environment. For each assumption we also summarize the standpoints of the company Vidnost, d. o. o.
In the fourth chapter we present a plan for marketing of the services of the company Vidnost, d. o. o., on the Austrian market. We thoroughly present the marketing analysis, sales plan and the financial field of the company in its export plans. In this chapter we also carry out the SWOT analysis of the company, were we stress out the possibilities and opportunities for the company’s development and pay attention to possible negative anomalies of the export business.
In the final part of the Diploma Thesis we concretely present the realization of export business activities of the company Vidnost, d. o. o. We thoroughly present the phases of the export business – negotiations and contracting, orders and insurance of services, payment operations and the final phase of export activities. In doing so we stress out problems and risks faced by the company and the operations, which run smoothly. |
