Abstract
V diplomskem delu, ki je teoretično delo, smo analizirali pridobivanje finančnih sredstev v neprofitnih organizacijah, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na zasebne vire financiranja. Zanimalo nas je predvsem donatorstvo v društvih. Opredelili in razčlenili smo neprofitne organizacije. Predmet naše analize so bile zasebne neprofitne organizacije, zato smo pozornost usmerili na le–te. S pomočjo ključnih kazalcev smo proučili razvitost neprofitnega sektorja v Sloveniji in se posvetili identificiranju virov financiranja neprofitnih organizacij. Podrobno smo opisali neprofitno organizacijo, ki jo imenujemo društvo. Zanimal nas je obseg prihodkov in viri financiranja društev, pa tudi kakšen vpliv ima na delovanje društev donatorstvo. Zadnji dve poglavji smo posvetili preverjanju zastavljenih hipotez. Najprej smo opisali pojem marketing in ga umestili v kontekst neprofitnih organizacij, nato pa ugotavljali vpliv marketinške usmeritve na uspešnost neprofitnih organizacij in proučili področja strateškega načrtovanja.

Secondary abstract: |
This theoretical diploma thesis analyzes fundraising in non-profit organizations. It focuses on private sources of funding, the main interest being donations to associations. Non-profit organizations were defined and categorized. The subject of the analysis and the main focus were private non-profit organizations. The key indicators were used to examine the level of development of the non-profit sector in Slovenia; further, funding sources for non-profit organizations were identified. Associations were described in detail and a historical overview of the development of associations was presented. The main interest was the scope of revenues and funding sources for associations, as well as the impact of donations on the operation of associations. In the last two chapters, the set hypotheses were examined. First, the term “marketing” was described and put into context of non-profit organizations. Then the effect of marketing orientation on the performance of non-profit organizations was evaluated and the fields of strategic marketing were investigated. |
