Abstract
Z izrazom stres označujemo telesne simptome, ki jih povzroči povečana napetost. Neka stopnja stresa je popolnoma normalna, previsoka stopnja stresa pa povzroči neprijetne odzive telesa. Številni dejavniki povezani z delovnim okoljem in delom delujejo stresno in povzročajo vrste zdravstvenih motenj, čustvenih težav in drugih obolenj. Tako stres na delovnem mestu ne prizadene samo zaposlenega v podjetju, ampak tudi organizacijo samo. Pomembno je pravočasno prepoznavanje simptomov stresa oziroma premagovanje na individualni in organizacijski ravni.
V empiričnem delu naše diplomske naloge smo opravili raziskavo o dejavnikih in premagovanju stresa pri zaposlenih v organizaciji X. Na podlagi ankete smo zbrali podatke in analizirali dobljene rezultate. Ugotovili smo, ali je delo v organizaciji stresno, kateri dejavniki stresa vplivajo na zaposlene in kako stres na delovnem mestu premagujejo sami ter kako jim pomaga organizacija.

Secondary abstract: |
The term stress is used to denote physical symptoms caused by increased tension. A certain stress level is completely normal, whereas a too high stress level causes unpleasant bodily responses. Numerous factors connected to a work environment and work can be stressful and cause various medical disorders, emotional problems and other illnesses. So the workplace stress does not affect only an employee in a company but also the organization itself. It is important to recognize the symptoms of stress in time and surmount them on an individual and organisational levels.
In the empirical part, a research on stress factors and stress management of employees in the organization X was conducted. Gathered data were analysed based on the questionnaire. We deduced whether working in the organization is stressful, which stress factors affect employees and how employees themselves surmount workplace stress and how the organization helps them do so. |
