Abstract

V diplomskem delu Pouk izven učilnice na primeru ekskurzije pri predmetu spoznavanje okolja v tretjem razredu devetletne osnovne šole opredeljujemo sodobne didaktične pristope pri poučevanju predmeta spoznavanje okolja izven učilnice. Diplomsko delo je razčlenjeno na teoretični in praktični del. V prvem, teoretičnem delu predstavljamo značilnosti pouka izven učilnice z vidika sodobne didaktike. Posebno pozornost smo namenili sodobnim didaktičnim strategijam. Sledi predstavitev različnih vrst pouka izven učilnice, podrobneje ekskurzije, in domačega kraja, Slovenskih Konjic. V drugem, praktičnem delu ob upoštevanju teoretičnih konceptov in predlogov priročnikov za učitelje predstavljamo ekskurzijo kot del vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa, kjer imajo učenci možnost, da se z učno snovjo seznanijo preko aktivnega opazovanja izven šolskih prostorov. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti pomen neposrednega izkustvenega učenja in raziskovanja domače pokrajine ter podati predloge za izvedbo pouka izven učilnice v domačem kraju, Slovenskih Konjicah, za učence tretjega razreda devetletne osnovne šole. Na podlagi analize učnega načrta za spoznavanje okolja smo izbrane vzgojno-izobraževalne vsebine umislili v primernih učnih dejavnostih, jim določili učne cilje ter predvideli interdisciplinarne povezave. Na osnovi preprostih učnih metod ekskurzije smo pripravili Program pouka izven učilnice pri spoznavanju okolja v tretjem razredu v našem domačem kraju, Slovenskih Konjicah. Aktivnosti učencev so prilagojene njihovemu samostojnemu raziskovanju in vključevanju lastnih izkušenj pri pridobivanju novih znanj.

Secondary abstract: Third Grade of a Nine-Year Primary School defines modern didactic approaches during the environmental studies course outside the classroom. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first, theoretical part presents the characteristics of an outside the classroom lesson from the point of view of modern didactics. Special attention is paid to modern didactic strategies. This is followed by presentation of different outside the classroom lessons, particularly an excursion, and of the hometown of Slovenske Konjice. The second, practical part, in consideration of theoretical concepts and proposals from teacher's guides, presents an excursion as a part of the educational process, where children get an opportunity to become familiar with the learning matter through active observation outside school premises. The purpose of the thesis is to introduce the meaning of direct experiential learning and exploration of local landscape and to offer suggestions for implementation of an outside the classroom lesson in a hometown of Slovenske Konjice for third grade students of a nine-year primary school. On the basis of analysis of the environmental studies curriculum, we formed the selected educational contents in appropriate learning activities, determined learning goals for them and predicted interdisciplinary connections. Based on simple learning methods of excursion we prepared a Program of an outside the classroom lesson in environmental studies in the third grade in our hometown of Slovenske Konjice. Activities of the students are adjusted to their independent exploration and inclusion of their own experiences in obtaining new knowledge.
