Abstract

Finančno in poslovno uspešnost zagotavljajo vse tri ljudske univerze, saj uspešno realizirajo načrtovano dejavnost z danimi sredstvi, kar je v današnjih kriznih razmerah velik uspeh.

Secondary title: Comparative analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of three adult education institute
Secondary abstract: Adult education institute is a public institution that is carrying out formal and informal adult education. It obtains funding for its activities primarily from participants, with the remainder coming from the state and municipal budget. Because of the involvement of both public and private interests, they must take care to reasonably and effectively use public funds to achieve measurable success. Another factor that must be considered is comparing the institute to other organizations in the market in order to remain competitive. This comparative analysis measures the effectiveness and efficiency of three adult education institutes to determine how they are fulfilling the changing needs of their local environment, providing individuals with skills and training to succeed, and continuing to be competitive amongst the many other organizations throughout Slovenia. The primary goal of each adult education institute is to provide their clients with quality services, clear organization, and satisfied employees. This is why all three take active roles in the Assuring and developing quality in adult education program, which serves to provide the institutes with monitoring and reporting on the success of their clients within their field of employment. All three of the discussed adult education institutes provide quality education with the funding available while maintaining sustainable growth and success from a business and financial standpoint that will allow them to continue to be leaders in the market of adult education despite the current economic situation.
