Abstract
Novi tržni pogoji in nenehne spremembe zahtevajo od podjetja hitro odzivanje in prilagajanje, pri tem mora podjetje vseskozi skrbeti za razvoj svojih procesov, ki mu omogočajo konkurenčni nastop na trgu in posledično uspešnost. V kolikor želimo vzpostaviti pravi poslovno organizacijski model v podjetju, ki nam bo omogočal trajnostni razvoj procesov in posledično razvoj podjetja, moramo najprej spoznati možne oblike organiziranosti. Tako smo v nalogi najprej izvedli kratek pregled sodobnih oblik organiziranosti ter seveda njihovo teoretično soodvisnost. Pri tem nismo mogli spregledati potencialov nekaterih sodobnih organizacijskih teorij, ki so nam v nadaljevanju omogočale zasnovo ustreznega poslovno organizacijskega modela. Brez poznavanja inženiring dejavnosti, kjer so ključna projektno usmerjena podjetja, je nemogoče vzpostaviti notranje poslovno okolje, ki bi omogočalo ustrezno odzivanje na spremembe v zunanjem poslovnem okolju. Zato smo v nalogi raziskali stanje konkurenčnosti v inženiring dejavnosti slovenskih podjetij. Obenem pa smo postavili zasnovo variabilnih kriterijev novih vidikov konkurenčnosti poslovanja inženiring podjetja. V nadaljevanju smo v nalogi predstavili temeljne procese in organiziranost obravnavanega referenčnega podjetja. Ob tem smo upoštevali sodobna spoznanja procesne organiziranosti, kakor tudi strategije izvedbe reinženiringa poslovnih procesov v podjetju. Na osnovi razvoja POM v podjetju v preteklih letih, še posebej pa koncept razvoja POM, ki smo ga začeli v vodstvu podjetja razvijati v letu 2007, je nastala naslednja generacija POM, ki vsebuje prvine managementskega koncepta tretje generacije. Pri tem smo vključevali vizijo vodilnih managerjev glede poslovanja obravnavanega podjetja za nekaj let vnaprej. Za razvoj organizacije in poslovanja je potrebno poznavanje lastnega podjetja, ob upoštevanju in razumevanju razvojnih trendov managementa, kar nam je omogočilo, da smo uspeli zasnovati model, ki bo podjetju omogočal nadaljnjo konkurenčnost in uspešnost na trgu. V nalogi smo potrdili vse tri hipoteze. Prav tako z argumenti in rezultati potrjujemo, da je na osnovi preteklih dosežkov, nova generacija POM tista, ki omogoča referenčnemu podjetju konstantno izboljševanje poslovanja, ne glede na to, da je dejavnost, v kateri podjetje deluje, v krizi, ki se še poglablja in doživlja novi padec. POM naslednje generacije omogoča razvoj sodobne konkurenčnosti podjetja v hitro spreminjajočih se razmerah poslovanja ter uspešno in učinkovito in predvsem pravočasno ukrepanje.

New market conditions and constant changes require companies quickly respond and adapt, the entity needs to constantly worry about the development of their processes, which enable a competitive market appearance and subsequent performance. If we want to create the right business organizational model of the company, which will enable the sustainable development process and the consequent development of the company, we must first learn about the possible forms of organization. We started our research with an overview of modern forms of organization, and of course, their theoretical correlation. In doing so, we could not overlook the potential of some modern organizational theories which are going to be used in our business organizational model. Without knowledge of engineering activities it is impossible to establish internal business environment, which would enable to respond appropriately to changes in the external business environment. Therefore, we investigated the task competitive situation in the engineering activities of Slovenian companies. At the same time we set up the design of variable criteria of the new aspects of business competitiveness engineering companies. We also present the fundamental processes and organization of the reference companies. At the same time we take into account contemporary knowledge process organization as well as the implementation strategy of re-engineering of business processes in the company. Development of the POM was started in 2007 based on the modern management knowledge in the company in recent years. The POM presented in this workis expained as the next generation of POM that contains the elements of a management concept of the third generation. In this work all three hypotheses has been confirmed. The arguments and the results confirm that a new generation of POM is the one that makes reference to the company. The company conctantly improves operations despite of the crisis started in in 2008 and still presented today. POM presented in this work is the next generation of business models in the company. It enabling the development of a modern company's competitiveness in the rapidly changing business conditions. |
