magistrsko delo
Abstract
V zadnjem času, predvsem v zadnjih letih, ko je gospodarska kriza močno pokazala svoje zobe in postavila podjetja pred nove izzive, so se le-ta še bolj začela zavedati pomembnosti organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih na njihovem delovnem mestu. Zaposleni danes namreč predstavljajo veliko konkurenčno prednost podjetja, njegovo uspešnost in odličnost.
V magistrski nalogi je obravnavana tema Organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Era Good, d. o. o.

Organizational climate and employee satisfaction in a company |
Secondary abstract: |
In recent times, especially as the effects of the economic crisis have worsened, enterprises have been forced to confront new challenges.A part of the response to these challenges has been an increas in awareness of organizational climate and employee satisfaction, as satisfied employees represent a key competitive advantage of any enterprise, and form an integral part of it's success and excellence.
Both organizational climate and employee satisfaction are quantifiable factors that can be analyzed quickly and effectively to yield quick insights. For this, there is already a large number of questionnaires available that can help us obtain answers with regard to employee satisfaction, motivation, appropriate compensation, employee relations, quality of information flow, and similar.
Best practices dictate that the organizational climate and employee satisfaction should be measured at least once annually, as this is the only way for management to obtain up-to-date information enabling them to react in time and appropriately.
The topic of this Master's thesis is »Organizational climate and employee satisfaction in Era Good d.o.o.« The thesis comprises of a theoretical and a practical part.
The first part introduces the topics of organizational climate and employee satisfaction.
The second part presents the practical analysis of the topic in the enterprise, performed through the use of a polling questionnaire. The results show that both organizational climate and employee satisfaction are relatively high, however the company could improve further on both dimensions by increased engagement and attention. Concrete proposals of actionable steps in this direction are presented at the end of this thesis. |
