Sekundarni povzetek: | Employer can be consequently satisfied and completely committed or on the other side, unmotivated and unsatisfied. It is important to be aware of the satisfaction of employees in the organization. Job satisfaction motivates and leads to the achievement of individual goals. The theoretical part of diploma work defines the concept of organizational culture and the importance of employee satisfaction in the modern organization. In the empirical part is presented organization of the Municipality of Kranj and with the help of a questionnaire is defined climate and employee satisfaction. |
