Sekundarni povzetek: |
Organizational climate is a string of measurable properties in a working environment that affect the motivation and behavior of the employees and is created by the interactions among the members of the company. It is influenced by different factors like: executive company leadership, company’s history, technology, informational systems, working procedures and organization, rewarding and the company’s objectives and values.
The purpose: is to determine the predominating type of organizational climate and to recognize its features which encourage or hinder the company’s success and therefore recommend the necessary adaptations according to this research, and also to determine the connection between organizational climate and individual factors of employees’ work satisfaction.
Methodology: In the theoretical part we have used a research method that based on a systematical collecting of data, and with the help of literature and source analysis we have prepared this part of the task. In the empirical part we have used an anonymous survey questionnaire that contained a scale for organizational climate evaluation, and used it as a data collecting method. The research sample included 100 randomly chosen subjects employed at the Celje general hospital. We have surveyed different profiles such as nurses, health care graduates, doctors, economic workers and health administrators.
Results: The results gathered by the research are showing that employees are satisfied with the existing organizational climate and that climate also affects the satisfaction itself. We have determined that democratic style of leadership is the predominating one while affecting the very shape of the organizational climate. |
